The Words of Christ: A Guide for Every Soul
These are not mere sayings.
They are the voice of the Lord.
Spoken once, echoing forever.
Each word is a light for the path, a challenge to the heart, and an invitation to become fully alive.
Discipleship
“If anyone wants to be a follower of mine, let him renounce himself and take up his cross every day and follow me.”
— Luke 9:23
To follow Christ is not to walk in comfort, but in purpose. To renounce yourself daily is to trade the fleeting for the eternal. The cross you bear becomes your path to glory.
Enemies
“Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”
— Matthew 5:44
This is no easy command. It cuts against every instinct of pride. But love like this breaks chains. It’s the kind of love that changed the world—starting from a Cross.
Faith
“If you had faith like a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.”
— Luke 17:6
True faith doesn’t require size—it requires surrender. Even the smallest seed of faith, rooted in trust, can shake the earth and move the heavens.
Forgiveness
Then Peter went up to him and said, “Lord, how often must I forgive my brother if he wrongs me? As often as seven times?”
Jesus answered, “Not seven, I tell you, but seventy-seven times.”
— Matthew 18:21–22
Forgiveness is the door you must walk through if you wish to be free. Not once. Not twice. But always. Mercy is not weakness—it is the power of God in your soul.
How to Live
“So always treat others as you would like them to treat you.”
— Matthew 7:12
The golden rule is more than a suggestion. It is the reflection of divine love made practical. It transforms every relationship.
Humility
“Many who are first will be last, and the last, first.”
— Mark 10:31
Heaven does not weigh status or applause. It sees the hidden soul, the one who serves quietly, who bows low—and lifts them high.
Judgment
“Do not judge, and you will not be judged.”
— Matthew 7:1
Christ calls us to examine ourselves, not to condemn others. When we release others from judgment, we open the door to mercy in our own lives.
Love
“My command to you is to love one another.”
— John 15:17
Not a request. Not a suggestion. A command. Because only love can prove we belong to Him. Only love will last when all else fades.
Possessions
“Watch, and be on your guard against avarice of any kind, for life does not consist in possessions, even when someone has more than he needs.”
— Luke 12:15
The world says, “Accumulate.” Christ says, “Let go.”
Only the soul you build will follow you into eternity.
Prayer
“Ask, and it will be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.”
— Matthew 7:7
God is not far. He waits behind every door your heart dares to knock on. He hears. He sees. He answers—in His time, in His way.
Sincerity
“Be careful not to parade your uprightness in public to attract attention; otherwise you will lose all reward from your Father in Heaven.”
— Matthew 6:1
Holiness is not performance. It is hidden fire. It is love lived in secret, with no applause but God’s smile.
True Happiness
“More blessed still are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”
— Luke 11:28
It is not hearing alone that transforms us—but doing.
The Word must become flesh again—this time, in you.
Worry
“Set your hearts on His (the Father’s) kingdom first, and on God’s saving justice, and all these other things will be given you as well.
So do not worry about tomorrow: tomorrow will take care of itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
— Matthew 6:33–34
Worry is the weight you were never meant to carry.
Seek the Kingdom—and watch how everything else finds its place.
The Beatitudes
The Mountain Sermon: Where Heaven touched Earth
— Matthew 5:1–12
When Jesus saw the crowds,
He went up the mountain.
He sat down,
and His disciples came to Him.
Then He opened His mouth and began to teach them, saying:
“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the land.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be satisfied.
Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you
and utter every kind of evil against you falsely because of Me.
Rejoice and be glad,
for your reward will be great in heaven.
Thus they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
